Jordan Reeves

Jordan Reeves is the co-founder of the non-profit, Design With Us. Ever since she was little, this 15-year-old has pushed through expectations and has shown how living with a disability can lead to awesome opportunities. Through public speaking and mentoring other kids with limb differences, Jordan works to change attitudes around physical differences. Jordan is currently changing what we think about disability by designing a body enhancement (a 3d printed prosthetic) that allows her to shoot biodegradable sparkles for her alter ego, Glitter Girl. Jordan has shown off her work on The Rachael Ray Show, MakerFaire, TEDx, AIGA, Parson’s Design School, and many other events across the country. Her experience with design has given her a chance to consult and offer insight to large brands across many different genres. Jordan is also one of four founding members of the STEAM Squad, a group of girls who work together to get other kids involved in science, technology, engineering, art, and math. Jordan and her mom wrote a book with Simon & Schuster. BORN JUST RIGHT the book appeared on shelves June 4, 2019. Learn more on Jordan's website.

Jen Lee Reeves

Jen Lee Reeves is co-founder and executive director of Design With Us. She’s also a mom to Cameron and Jordan and a wife to Randy. This organization evolved from Jen’s experience as a parent and led to her work as an ally in the disability community. When she isn’t working for Design With Us, she runs her own digital communications consultancy, Just Right Strategy. She is an alumna of the social strategy team at AARP in Washington, DC and directed digital strategy at the University of Missouri. She also spent years as a television news producer. Jen also taught digital journalism at the Missouri School of Journalism while managing an NBC affiliate newsroom. To relax, Jen loves to travel with her family, take photos of the beauty around her, and enjoy music and good food. She is incredibly proud to see Design With Us grow as an organization and is excited to see what is ahead for the organization’s workshops and the Make Just Right youth design consultancy.

Sam Hobish

Sam Hobish is Design With Us's Director of Design. He is a founding board member and runs his own design consultancy, HOBE12, focusing on toy invention and industrial design.

Kate Ganim

Kate Ganim is the Director of our organization’s youth design consultancy, Make Just Right. After finishing her Master's in Architecture, Kate built a San Francisco-based design and construction firm, LMNOP Design. In the past, she co-directed KIDmob, the nonprofit where she developed our workshop curriculum. Kate believes that a design framework can be broadly applied to critical thinking and creative problem solving and focuses on how to share with others that experience and understanding of that process. She loves dreaming up ideas, figuring out how to bring them into reality, and making them happen. She is ready to work with partners to see how our youth can consult and collaborate with brands of all types and sizes.
